ET confirms with Chicago Police that an arrest warrant has been issued in the Jennifer Hudson family murders.
William Balfour, estranged husband to Jennifer's sister, was issued the arrest warrant for three counts of murder. Until today, police had identified Balfour only as a person of interest in the investigation.
The body of Hudson's mother and brother were found shot to death on Oct. 24, and her nephew's body was found three days later.
I'm happy that they're finally coming to a close with this case. However, I still feel extremely terrible about what has happened to Jennifer and her family. May this be a step closer to their recovery and healing. Help us. Help us ALL! WHEW!
