The internet is abuzz about a possible reunion between the debatable, BIGGEST SELLING GIRL GROUP OF ALL TIME, [Although I thought TLC still held that record] DESTINY'S CHILD!!!!!! :-D :-D :-D :-D YAY!!!... :-/ .... Irregardless, i can't help but to rationalize the fact that the two people doin all the talkin are the two who's careers seemed to have stayed in the fish bowl ::cough:: kelly:: cough, cough:: michelle:: cough::
anynoodle, I'm all for a DC3 reunion... Hey, they may even pull a Dreamgirls move and bring the original members back. "There aren't just three Destiny's Children, their are FIVE! no wait, damn... SIX!" [I forgot about Farrah Franklin] smh..
Rowland said: "I miss the girls, I miss being on stage with them."
She added that she respects the other members of her group and enjoys working with all of them.
"It's a blessing when we work together. We're so looking forward to working with each other again and we just need to find a time in our diaries when we can get into the studio together,"
Bottom line, Beyonce ain't having it.
This is something you may have not seen before; this is a tribute performance, to the girls, by Babyface and Usher given at the World Music Awards a few years back. They managed to do a cover of "Cater 2 U" [one of my favorite jammers]. They F*CKED IT UP! sigh. But atleast they tried. Whats up with that look Beyonce gave Usher at the 2:51 mark? That gaze was a little intense. LoL... Yeah, i know...I have a serious problem. ;-)
UPDATE: So, I got some clarification to the "Girl Group" show down. According to the numbers, Destiny's Child IS the #1 selling female group of all time! Wow! By a LONG SHOT, at THAT! Take a look at this chart:
Interesting.
